Funding

Home students should be eligible for a £1260 grant and a further £1575 means tested grant.

Fees for 2008-9 will be £3145.  You can apply for a Tuition Fee Loan to cover your fees.  For trainees on a full means tested grant, CPTT will pay an additional bursary of £310.  You need to contact the Student Support office of your Local Authority to apply for the grant and a Tuition Fee Loan, if you wish to take one.

The TDA £4000.00 training bursary is paid in instalments from mid October to June.  You will not be expected to repay this bursary.  You do not have to apply for this funding but will receive it via CPTT once you have commenced the course.

You may also be eligible for a Student Loan (please contact the Student Loans Company).
